Adventures of Bloom & Wallace
|
About Bloom & Wallace Bloom & Wallace was my solo consulting practice from 11-1987 until 11-2016. Although our primary service offerings evolved considerably over those 30 years, they were all focused on achieving improved/required organizational outcomes by improving the practice of human resource management through a heavy dose of IT-enablement. Bloom & Wallace’s products included:
* Strategic HRM and HRM delivery systems assessment/planning services to large, primarily global end-user organizations, to which we brought proprietary methodology and task-specific “starter kits;”
* Strategic business and product/service assessment/planning services to HRM software vendors and service providers, to which we brought proprietary, licensable HRM Business Model and Architectural “Starter Kits,” either directly or via their private equity investors/owners;
* Investment target identification, assessment and due diligence support to the venture capital and private equity community; and
* Thought leadership marketing support, to include original whitepapers, Webinars, and speaking engagements, to the HRM software/services/research/media communities.
Ms. Bloom also acted as an industry analyst/influencer, compensated speaker, and HR technology industry expert.
Effective 11-2016, Ms. Bloom will no longer be taking on HR technology-related speaking, writing and/or consulting engagements. Instead, she will be focused on a range of other writing/speaking/advisory challenges in what may become the biggest pivot yet of her career, all of which will be fodder for her blog, so please stay tuned.
