I'm way behind in thanking everyone who has been commenting on this and other posts. Recovering from rotator cuff surgery is my only excuse. There's a huge backlog of commitments that I'm slowly digging my way out from under, and client work always comes first, but I'm hoping to be pretty well caught up by the end of Q1. We shall see. In the meantime, I so appreciate the time that readers are taking to share their thoughts, and I look forward to engaging much more fully in discussions which improve my own KSOACs.

Who are the supporting characters? With all the friends out there, someone has to be the scarecrow, lion and tin man. And who is the wicked witch of the west? Have fun with this one.
